Explore your inner child with art, discussion and meditation. Learn tools to nurture, heal, and honor the child within. Leave your cell phones at home and give yourself permission to join us in an informal setting where we’ll discover what our inner child is missing or trying to tell us. The workshop ends with a healing meditation.
